Tak jsem se na to rad\u011bji vyka\u0161lala. P\u0159eci se nenech\u00e1m zni\u010dit, je zdrav\u00ed jenom kv\u016fli tomu, abych mohla z\u00e1vodit a sout\u011b\u017eit. A kdy\u017e u\u017e jsme tady u t\u00e9ma sportu, tak d\u011bl\u00e1te n\u011bjak\u00fd sport? Mnoho lid\u00ed pr\u00e1v\u011b hlavn\u011b plave. Nebo tak\u00e9 mnoho lid\u00ed d\u011bl\u00e1 takov\u00fd sport, \u017ee se jenom d\u00edvaj\u00ed v televizi, na sport. J\u00e1 tomuhle \u0159\u00edk\u00e1m pasivn\u00ed sportov\u00e1n\u00ed. T\u0159eba lid\u00e9 se vyznaj\u00ed ve sportu, ale v\u016fbec ho ned\u011blaj\u00ed. Fyzicky \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd sport ned\u011blaj\u00ed. A pro na\u0161e lidsk\u00e9 t\u011blo je to \u0161patn\u00e9. Na\u0161e t\u011blo se jednozna\u010dn\u011b h\u00fdbat pot\u0159ebuje. Je to u\u017e d\u00e1vno odprad\u00e1vna. Pokud se nebudete h\u00fdbat, tak va\u0161e srdce na tom bude opravdu hodn\u011b \u0161patn\u011b. A to nemluv\u00edm o tom, \u017ee tak\u00e9 m\u016f\u017eete m\u00edt potom nadbyte\u010dn\u00e1 kila. Kdy\u017e vid\u00edm mal\u00e9 d\u011bti, jak maj\u00ed nadbyte\u010dn\u00e1 kila, tak je mi z toho opravdu hodn\u011b smutno. Nech\u00e1pu jak rodi\u010de.
